We just had the guys come out and install a water system yesterday. Both gentlemen were very respectful, nice, informative and even cleaned up after themselves!! They even took their shoes off at the door, which some companies haven’t; like the window guy. LOL Very happy with our “new” water! The new water treatment system made a night and day difference. Good job Mitch and Tim. VERY satisfied customers here!

The staff are always very friendly and competent. I brought my water cooler in to get fixed as it wouldn’t stay cold. They spent a lot of hours on it getting it fixed for a very reasonable price and now it works better than new. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my hot tub and called Jonathan for help (I didn’t buy it from Everything H2O). It took a few phone calls, total of around 30 mins on the phone to get my issues figured out. Didn’t end up buying anything. We received this level of service and they had no obligation to help me… I never write these reviews but felt obligated to due to the help received and high level of expertise. After spending our first winter of retirement in Texas, enjoying the RV Park hot tub each evening, we returned home and purchased our Softub hot tub. That was 6 years ago! We love it! It is easy to use, maintain and store in the fall. It plugs into an ordinary outlet and doe not seem to raise our power bill noticeably. We highly recommend the product to those looking for an easy way to set up a hot tub. Just add H20, bromine and enjoy!

We purchased a Blaze King Sirocco 20 Wood Stove from Tom Keenan at Everything H2O in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta on February 15, 2017.  We first became aware of his store and products via the local newspaper, after which we attended the store where we were greeted by friendly staff members.  We found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful on the various types of wood stoves they were marketing.  We required a high quality, high efficiency, dependable wood stove that we could rely on to heat our entire house as a secondary source of heat.  Due to power outages and furnace problems we encountered in the past we desperately needed a reliable wood stove
as a back-up for the extremely cold Alberta winters. We found Tom and his staff to be very helpful in assisting us with picking out a high efficiency wood stove that would meet all our needs.  We subsequently purchased a wood stove and had it professionally installed by his employees, one of which was a certified Wett Inspections Installer.  They were also able to provide us with financing to cover the entire cost of the wood stove and installation.

We were extremely impressed and pleased with the professional workmanship performed by his installers during the installation process, which was completed in a very timely manner.  Subsequently, we would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Tom Keenan and his staff to anyone who is looking for a high quality wood stove product and top notch professional installation.

Bought my lazy boy Dream hottub from Tom and Heather.  They are great people! Their son Jonathan installed it and we’ve never had any problems except a manufacturer defect with one of the pumps.  Within 6 hours of me noticing it, they were here installing the new one!
