Returns and Warranty
Any product being shipped back to Everything H2O requires a Return Goods Authorization (see below).
In-Stock Item Returns
In-stock products can be returned to Everything H2O in person or by customer-prepaid shipment. Items must be in good order and in original unmarked packaging. A restocking charge will be applied to items returned fourteen (14) calendar days after the product was delivered to the customer. Everything H2O’s customer service can help provide a shipping cost for returns. A full refund less any original shipping charges will be made to the customer’s original credit card.
Non-Stock Item Returns
Non-stock items returned to Everything H2O prepaid and in good order will be subjected to a restocking charge of 25% of the original purchase price, plus any additional freight to send a product(s) back to the original supplier. Original freight costs will not be refunded. Please contact a customer service agent to provide you with the total charges that will apply for the return of a Non-stock item.
Purchases that are non-returnable include special order items, partially or completely installed and/or assembled items, and final sale items.
Return Goods Authorization
If a product needs to be returned or replaced, Everything H2O will issue the consumer a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). A product returned without a RGA may not be processed, and may be subjected to administrative and delivery charges. Return requests can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All product warranties are the warranties of the manufacturers and are not the responsibility of Everything H2O. Replacements or exchanges for products or parts under warranty will be at the discretion of the manufacturer, and may be subject to manufacturer approval. Everything H2O will not be responsible for any costs associated with the warranty of a manufacturer’s item.
